Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period. Please note that we do not support change-of-mind returns.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for damaged products. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for perishable goods, including food and beverages, as well as personal care products or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact our customer service team at cs@pantry4all.com. Include your order details, proof of purchase, and evidence of damage. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Do not send back your item without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Process

We only issue refunds for returned items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending upon the financial institution you use.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the link provided below.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
